Leesh’s workdays are busy, glazing 5 - 7 windows daily while tackling everything from reglazing timber and aluminium frames to replacing locks and measuring for quotes. She services a vast region in the Far North, working on private, insurance, and Housing New Zealand projects.

As a female in glazing, Leesh has proven her skills time and time again. Winning first in class at the GGINZ off-job training block course was a proud moment, reinforcing her confidence and potential. Another standout achievement? Completing a major reglazing job solo when her mentor was away earning the respect of her team.
Beyond the Tools
Outside work, Leesh enjoys baking, paddleboarding, and spending time with family. She and her partner love exploring new places, fishing, and gathering kaimoana.
